Privacy policy

How this website handles appointment information, marketing attribution, and selected website analytics.

Last updated: October 26, 2026.

This website privacy notice describes the current website implementation. It is separate from the clinic's Notice of Privacy Practices. Legal and regulatory language may be updated as the clinic's technology and requirements change.

Information you provide

When you request an appointment, we collect the information needed to process that request, such as your name, email address, phone number, selected appointment time, and a general reason category. The website asks you not to submit detailed symptoms, diagnoses, medications, medical documents, or other detailed clinical information through the public booking form.

How appointment information is used

Appointment information is used to schedule, confirm, manage, and communicate about your requested visit and to operate the clinic's booking workflow. Appointment and registration information is not treated as advertising data merely because it is collected through the website.

First-party marketing attribution

To understand which marketing and referral sources produce appointment requests and completed visits, the website may preserve limited non-clinical acquisition information such as campaign source and medium, UTM campaign values, Google advertising click identifiers (for example GCLID, GBRAID, or WBRAID), an explicit partner or referral code, an explicit traveler-segment marker, and a randomly generated marketing-session identifier.

The marketing attribution record is designed not to contain your name, email address, phone number, reason for visit, symptoms, diagnosis, medication, treatment information, medical documents, or page/service details that are unnecessary for source attribution. It is linked internally to the appointment so the clinic can evaluate whether a marketing source resulted in a completed visit.

Browser storage and your choice

The site may use browser session storage to preserve attribution during the current browsing session so a source is not lost when you move from a landing page to booking. If you choose Accept in the site's preference notice, the site may also preserve first-party attribution in local browser storage for a limited attribution period. If you choose Decline, persistent first-party attribution storage is removed and the site keeps only the current-session information needed to maintain the immediate booking/source context.

Google Analytics on selected public pages

The production website uses Google Analytics 4 on a limited allowlist of general public pages such as the clinic's About, Contact, Privacy, Terms, Accessibility, and Notice of Privacy Practices pages. Google Analytics is not intentionally loaded on the online booking page, patient-registration page, authenticated/admin workflows, the homepage, general services page, or pages devoted to specific treatments, procedures, symptoms, or other health-care service intent.

The implementation uses Google Consent Mode. Analytics storage is denied by default until you choose Accept. If you decline, Analytics cookies remain disabled; on allowlisted pages Google may receive limited cookieless consent-mode measurement signals used for aggregate/modelled measurement. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization remain disabled in this implementation.

The Google Analytics wrapper suppresses automatic page-view collection and sends only a controlled page classification for allowlisted pages. It does not intentionally send booking-form fields, patient-registration fields, names, email addresses, phone numbers, reasons for visit, service selections, symptoms, diagnoses, medications, treatment information, or medical documents to Google Analytics.

Advertising measurement

The clinic uses Google Ads and preserves non-clinical advertising click identifiers in its own first-party attribution record where available. The clinic's measurement objective is to understand which marketing sources lead to real business outcomes such as completed visits. Advertising measurement is configured separately from the patient record, and the website does not intentionally use patient clinical details for advertising audiences or personalization.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell patient medical information. Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the website, booking, communications, security, hosting, analytics, or advertising measurement where permitted and configured for the applicable purpose, and may be disclosed where required by law. Access and data use should be limited to what is appropriate for the service being provided.

Your choices

You can use the site's preference notice to accept or decline optional persistent first-party attribution and Google Analytics storage where the Analytics wrapper is enabled. A prior site preference that pre-dated the Google Analytics disclosure is not treated as consent to Analytics storage; the site requests a fresh measurement choice on an allowlisted Analytics page. You may also contact the clinic with questions about website information associated with you. California residents and patients may have additional rights under applicable law; the clinic's Notice of Privacy Practices and other required notices govern where applicable.
