Allow time for testing
A 24–48 hour target is possible when clinically appropriate and when required testing, records and results are available. It is not a guaranteed deadline.
Attorney / law-firm lien option
Pre-op care for qualifying lien-based cases
Where appropriate, the practice may provide pre-operative evaluation, medical clearance, EKG and required pre-operative testing without an upfront patient payment when there is a formal written agreement with the referring law firm and the case qualifies for a lien-based arrangement.
Eligibility is not automatic. Billing, payment responsibility and case requirements remain subject to the applicable written law-firm agreement and lien terms.
