For qualifying cases, the practice may provide care without an upfront patient payment when a formal written agreement with the referring attorney or law firm is in place.

Eligibility, billing and payment remain subject to the applicable law-firm agreement and lien terms. A lien arrangement is not automatic and must be confirmed by the clinic.
